Experience & Qualifications

The Chief Executive Officer has a lot of experience working in nursing, mainly working in Theatres.  As an active member of the community, he spearheaded, led and shaped the strategic and operational transformation of the local Priory Park (Milton Keynes) Management Company Limited.  Following mismanagement of the company, as well as running in deficit, he became the voice of the residents in order to drive significant changes.  He was later nominated by his fellow residents as one of the Directors for the new Priory Park (Milton Keynes) Management Company Limited.  The company is no longer in deficit.  He holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Nursing (Adult) registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and also has a business qualification (BSc in Accounting and Finance).

The Nominated Individual and Managing Director has Diploma Higher Education (DipHE) in Nursing (Mental Health), Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Mental Health Interventions and an MSc in Human Resources Management.  She is an Executive Coach and a Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with management and leadership experience in the health sector, quality monitoring as well as learning and development.  She has clinical experience of working with people with multiple diagnosis.  She is also involved in local community development activities.  She is also School Governor for a local school (appointed by the Local Authority) and acts as the Development Governor.

Staff Qualifications & Experience

All new starters go through the Induction period based on the Care Certificate requirements. Following on from this training is identified via the training needs analysis and via the Performance Development Reviews. There is a line management structure in place to ensure that all staff members have a Performance Development Review (PDR) and regular meetings about performance with their line managers.

The organisation retains a complete record of all qualifications, credentials and experience gained for each staff member, whether full-time or part-time. These records may be found in the Staff Files retained at the organizations offices, and are of limited access for reasons of confidentiality and security.
