About Us
Nurturing homes, individualised care and relationships that help young people feel safe, valued and understood.
Who We Are
ExcelCare24 provides residential care for children and young people across our homes. Oxenhope House and Astlethorpe Haven are currently open, offering homely settings with support centred on each young person’s needs.
Many young people who come to us have experienced early life trauma, neglect, family breakdown or disrupted relationships. We take time to understand those experiences and the needs behind behaviour, building care around each young person as an individual.
Our trauma-informed approach draws on PACE: Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy. We work alongside young people, families and professionals to support stability, confidence and personal growth.
