Domiciliary Care

ExcelCare24 is regulated by the Care Quality Commission to deliver care to you in your own home. A member of our staff will visit you in your own home (your present home or an extra care apartment if you choose to move to one) and help you with any daily activities you cannot safely manage on your own (getting dressed; washing around the house; going to the toilet). How often they visit and for how long each visit lasts, depends upon an assessment of your needs.

Respite Care

At ExcelCare24 we understand how important it is for carers to get some time to do the things they enjoy doing without having to worry about living their loved one unsupported. We provide temporary relief to those who are caring for family members, who might otherwise require permanent placement in a facility outside the home.
We would provide this service in your own home if your Carer goes on holiday. We can also do this in your own home allowing your Carer some time for a break. This will allow your Carer to relax and recharge their batteries.

Live-In Care

Live-in Care enables anyone with care needs to continue living in their own home with a round-the-clock care worker. Whether you just need some companionship or you have some specific health issues that mean you require extra support, live-in care provides a realistic and affordable alternative to moving into a care home, including; full time live-in care, 24 hour care.

By living in your home, our care workers can help you to live independently. ExcelCare24 provides home care services to disabled undergraduates studying at university as well as to older people who prefer to stay independent and living in their own homes for as long as possible.

End Of Life Care

People usually want to stay in their own home as long as possible. At ExcelCare24 we can provide the same kind of care that family members can provide at home, such as help with washing, dressing, and providing meals. We will work with your nurses (Macmillan, Hospice at Home), GP and other professionals to support you during your life journey. We will work with you in a person centred way to allow you to live at home as long as possible.

Being on your own can be a lonely experience. Our Befriending service will offer you companionship and someone to talk to by providing you with a Befriender. This will be a regular service centred on what you require. We offer either a telephone service and / or face to face sessions.

Home Care from Hospital

The ExcelCare24 hospital to home care service allows you to look after your personal care needs following your return home after being discharged from hospital.

Recovering from hospital treatment in your own home can often speed up your recovery as you feel more relaxed in familiar surroundings.

Our hospital to home service enables you to return home after a stay in hospital whatever level of care you require. During your recuperation we are able to provide a care team that can accommodate any of your requirements.

The ExcelCare24 home care from hospital service helps you if you require assistance:
